About Chef Reed

Chef Reed brings more than 35 years of experience, preparing foods in various commercial kitchens. Chef Reed attended one of New York's finest cullinary/hotel schools and has gone on to work in various capacities including: Chef/Banquet Chef at Sheraton Tara Hotel in Boston, MA; Pastry Chef at Campbell Inn Resort in Roscoe, NY; Food Service Director at the Taconic Retreat and Conference Center in Red Hook, NY and others.
